Q. I have purchased the subscription as a gift. What details do I need to give you?

A. Once you have purchased a subscription, we will email you to find out who the recipient is. The recipient will then be sent a questionnaire.

Q. How do you choose books to suit my reading taste?

A. The recipient will receive a questionnaire by email. (If you prefer to discuss by phone just let us know). Using the answers to these questions we build a picture of the kind of books you enjoy and a member of our team will become your personal book shopper.

Q. When will I receive my books?

A. Once you have completed your Reading Subscription questionnaire, your book will arrive during the first week of the following month.

Q. What if I have already read the book you send me?

A. No problem at all. Just return it to us in new condition within 2 weeks and we will send you a replacement.

Q. What if my reading tastes or contact information change during my subscription?

A. Just email us to let us know if any of your details change.

A. We will ask the child’s name, age, and a few examples of books they have enjoyed or any themes that interest them. We will build a picture of the kind of books the child enjoys and a member of our team will become your personal book shopper. We welcome updates and feedback along the way!

A. Once we have received information about the reader, your book will arrive during the first week of the following month.
