1841 Tithe Map of Ham

Gordon Elsden, author of Remarkable Ham: The Untold Story and People of the Latchmere, has created a map series to give us an insight into some of the rich history of our local area.

This map showcases the 1841 Tithe Map of Ham. Explore the names of landowners that farmed the land you are now living on. You may recognise some of the place names like Barn Field, and Holly Bush that our roads are now named after.
